That`s why under our 100% Money-back Guarantee, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item.
We try to attend to all returns & exchanges as soon as practically possible. Refunds are credited to the credit/charge card used to place the original order within 30 days or earlier once we have inspected the returned item and are satisfied that it has been returned to us in the condition it was in when delivered to you. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
To arrange a return please contact first our Customer Services by sending an email to
customerservice@motorcycleplanner.com. We will allocate you with a Returns Authorisation Code which should be included with the package to improve processing of your return.
